Bob in Action

These aren't demos. These are the kinds of conversations Bob has every single day — real questions from real customers, handled in real time.

11pm, No Heat — Bob's on It

An HVAC customer's furnace dies on a Saturday night. Nobody's at the office. But Bob is.

Customer: My heat just stopped working and it's 28 degrees outside. Please help.

Bob: That sounds rough — let's get someone to you fast. Your service plan covers after-hours emergencies, so there's no extra charge. I'm paging the on-call tech now. Expect a callback within 15 minutes. In the meantime, if you have a space heater, that'll help. Hang tight.

Apartment Hunting at Midnight

A prospective tenant finds a listing at 12:30am and has questions. Bob's up.

Customer: Hey, do you have any 2-bedrooms open? And do you allow dogs?

Bob: Good news on both fronts — we've got two 2-bedroom units available right now. Unit 204 is $1,450/month and opens up March 1st. Unit 312 is $1,525/month and you could move in this week. Dogs are welcome — there's a one-time $300 pet deposit and a $35/month pet rent. Want me to set up a tour for you?

New Patient, Sunday Afternoon

Someone chips a tooth at brunch and searches for a dentist. Your website has Bob.

Customer: I chipped my front tooth today — can I get in this week?

Bob: Ouch — sorry about that. We've got an opening Monday at 9am or Tuesday at 2pm. Dr. Martinez handles cosmetic repairs and she's great with this kind of thing. Want me to book one of those for you? I can also check your insurance if you have the info handy.

Quote Request While You're Under a Car

An auto shop customer needs a brake job quote. The shop phone is ringing and nobody can answer. Bob picks up.

Customer: How much for front brake pads and rotors on a 2019 Honda Accord?

Bob: For a 2019 Accord, front brake pads and rotors typically run between $350–$425 depending on whether you go OEM or aftermarket. We can usually get you in within 2–3 days. Want me to put you on the schedule? I'll need your name and a good callback number.

Catering Inquiry, Tuesday 10pm

An event planner is researching caterers for a corporate event. Your restaurant's website has Bob.

Customer: We're planning a corporate lunch for 45 people in three weeks. Do you do catering?

Bob: Absolutely — 45 people is right in our sweet spot for corporate catering. We offer buffet and plated options, and we can accommodate dietary restrictions. Let me grab some details: what date are you looking at, and do you have a venue or would you like to use our private dining space? I'll put together a custom proposal for you.

Every one of these is a customer someone else would have lost. Bob doesn't let that happen.
