Know when the platform or your widget needs attention.

Platform-wide incidents are posted on System Status. Tenant-specific alerts appear in the portal (widget errors, integration disconnects, backlog spikes).

Alert sources

  • Public status page for outages
  • Department health amber/red states
  • Support notifications for ticket replies
