From waitlist to your first login — what to expect.
Ask Bob accounts are provisioned through our waitlist and onboarding flow. You will receive email when your workspace is ready.
Before you start
- Business name and primary contact email
- Website URL (for knowledge ingestion)
- Which departments matter most (scheduling, sales, support, etc.)
Typical timeline
Pilot customers: we ingest your site, review knowledge with you, then enable the Customer Portal and widget. Enterprise paths may include dedicated onboarding.
